We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with tags still attached in the original packaging.
If an item is not returned in compliance with the instructions (e.g., if it is damaged, not pre-registered for return, shows signs of use, or is not in the original packaging), we reserve the right not to offer a refund, or store credit.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@byalden.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/wrong item. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.

During special promotions, returns of discounted items can only be converted into store credit.
